Im not sure what size injectors i need. I want to run e85 since there are around 6 to 10 e85 station close to my house now. At the moment im running 680s with a evo3 16g. But im upgraging to a t3 pte 6265.
Will 1000cc injectors be enough or do i need bigger thanks for any help..

Also on a 1g is it ok to run 43 psi with the afpr

I'm changing over to e85 myself right now. From what i have learned, bigger is better. What are you power goals. I myself am looking at 600awhp so i got 1680 high impedance injectors and I run two fuel pumps. If you post your goals you'll have better help. As for the fuel pressure, it should be fine as long as you have a way to tune the ecu, something like dsmlink.

Bigger is not always better. The bigger the injector the slower it is, harder to dial in dead times, harder to keep consistant. I ran 660s on e85 w/stock 2g fpr and hit 100%idc @ 20psi on a 16g.
PTE 50 trim @30PSI and 850s on e85 I was still under 90%idc.

Please stop posting info that is incorrect. Thanks

To the original poster for your current turbo i would say 1000's would be perfect. If you plan on getting a 6265 1450's would be good up to 650 to the wheels. But if your looking to make the true power a 6265 is capable of i would say get 2150's and call it a day. The reason i did not mention the 1650 and all those in between sizes is that they usually require a easy tune box so it get's more voltage. The 1450's are the biggest i would use with out needing a easy tune box. I was able to dial them in for a friend in 10 minutes and they idle great on gas and e85. The 2150's are a high impedance injector so only thing you would need to do to run them would be to get rid of your resistor pack.
