Thank you for replying fast. Do you know the diameter of the coolant rubber hose so I can replace it with a new one?

What is that yellow wire hanging in your pic.. Looks unsafe . What if by chance you drove over some thing and it caught that wire . Would it not mess things up pretty bad.
My Fix ... Take a pencil and wrap the excess wire around it and make a tight coil then remove the pencil. Should look like this ... Sure .. it can still be snagged but a lot less likely to happen..

If you are seeing oil it is not coming from the hose. That is part of the oil cooler. Most likely your turbo feed line is pitted and is leaking oil. This is extremely common on our cars, especially due to the age of them. Many places sell aftermarket braided oil feed kits, I would suggest going with that, and skipping on the OEM one. It will be easier to install, and make things easier for future turbo upgrades if you choose to do so.
- Not a bad idea changing the coolant hose while you are down there either, so you did not waste your money on that.

I'd use some degreaser and clean everything off as best as you can, then recheck. The oil cooler gasket and p/s pump are very common leaks as well. I see you have a new alternator and you can see a drip at the bottom which leads me to believe your p/s pump is leaking.

Thank you everyone for the knowledge. I will start of degreasing the area and clean it up and I will watch where the oil leak is coming from. If it is coming from the turbo feed line I will upgrade to stainless braided lines because I do plan on buying 16g turbo once I address some maintenance problem. Also i will keep a eye out on p/s pump for leaks as well.:thumb:
