1G Help me spec out a 600hp+ motor please!

Hello!
Winter came early for me and started to tear apart the car.
Turbo failure has made me put the car away early this year and am wanting to rebuild the motor.
The motor runs fantastic but is a factory bottom end and light head work. (its a stock 6 bolt)
Going back into a 1993 eagle talon tsi
Currently its running a stock 1g throttle body
JMF intake manifold
Comp cam But will be going with a gsc S2 cam
car has a SX performance fuel pump and 10 gallon fuel cell
Turbo setup will be redone which what I'm leaning towards is a borg warner s300 top mounted but am on the fence

So my question is what is recommend parts wise for the bottom end and very likely the head.
I'm in no hurry but would love to get it done before it gets warm next year.

My suggestion is set a reasonable goal for yourself that is attainable. I see so many guys building these cars and end up giving up because they get frustrated. You have a lot to consider if you want 600hp. What are your plans for the car. Will you really be racing the car or is this a street car. If its just a street car you might want to consider a car with a smaller turbo that is more responsive. Big turbo 2 liter cars are laggy.....
