help me pick my cams!

Well its time for me to decide which cams im going to need for my setup. First off this is a fwd car. So i was thinking i will need something that will allow more hp at the top end. My head is built consisting of minor port job, manley springs, ti retainers, ss int. and exh. valves, revised 3g lifters, and bronze valve guides. My bottom end is also built but will not get into that. My turbo setup is undecided but im really going to try and extract as much power as i can from this engine. Im thinking ceddy mod for tunning or dsmlink...not sure yet. Any suggestions on cams. Bc 280s where on the top of my list, but i was also looking at dks 280's?

Have you looked into Delta Camshafts? You can get re-grinds from them or pay a little extra for new cores. They're really great guys at Delta, they do excellent work and their prices are outstanding! It's been a couple of years since we purchased cams from them but I want to say we paid around $150 for a set of cams (without cores too!).

I've heard many good things about the Delta Camshaft's, also. I'm working on a new build that will deffinately have these. Their site has LOTS of informative info, and they are very professional to talk with. OH, and BTW...We are neighbors!

hell yeah nice to know someone down up here in the hills has good taste......trying to put a hurtn on these damn 5.0's around here
do you drive the white 1g with the black top?

! The 5.0's are easy...I'm on the hunt this time for the Z06 'vettes. Hit me up if you need anything, actually both of my cars are in Stanley right now...I've got a buddy's barn "rented" (meaning took over) for this project. Good luck!

Edit* Oh, and no, I don't drive the White with black top 1g. I own a DSM, remember? So that means mine is currently not running....! I'm taking pictures this weekend of my progress, but I own 2 1G talon's that currently are not on the road. When I'm done, I'll part out what is left of the one, and weekend warrior the other.
