9 feet of garage door sealer then apply with double sided mounting tape. Theres a write up for it here somewhere. I've done it twice now on my Eclipses. Looks pretty freakin awesome and has held up really well! For $20 you can't go wrong.

It did! The lip survived, the bumper however was trashed So I just used my other bumper from my other Eclipse since it got the Talon swap. It is now falling off though because I bottomed out on my crappy roads the other day and its starting to tear.
