Help installing monster turbine housing

Hi I bought the monster turbine housing that they off at machv off of ebay. I am trying to install it now but the housing doesnt have the same ring that sticks out so you can put the little clamp thing around it. On there site is says it fits any mitsu turbo and dooesnt say anything about needing a different mounting thing. I am doing this right now so please some one chime in and help me figure this out. it came with this little ring type thing but i cant figure out how to use it. heres the thing I am talking about http://www.machv.com/motuho.html

ok i figured out that the ring that came with the housing goes inside this little lip and that is how it attaches. how do i open and slip the housing on at the same time? do i need to take out the little dowel pin or should i leave it in? i think its in the way? and what would the best tool be for opening that ring with it moving on me? thanks

It's a bullseye housing, try searching for bullseye housing, somebody explained how to do it in a thread about a month ago, I thought there was someway of bolting it on. I'd tell you how but I don't know.

Well i managed to get the clip around it but it still wont slide under the lip to hold it tight??

well i got it on had to hit at each end and it poped right into place time to start putting everything back together yay!! the test runs after will make this all worth it i hope

Ok now I got another problem....my boost jumps to 20 then settles back down to 15 and jumps to 20 everytime i shift. I adjust my bc that just made it hold less boost and it jumped up about 5 psi when i first step on it then drop then jump back up when i shift. I had to take 1 bolt out of the bracket that held my wastegate actuator and turn my wastegate bracket so that I could even hook up the actuater to the flapper on the turbo cause the housing was in the way could that be the problem?

Ok I unhooked my mbc and just ran hose from the wastegate to the nipple on my ic pipe and now my boost holds 8 to redline so what does that mean my mbc is messed up? or do i need to shorten my vac hoses? they can be shortened some more but i never had a problem with my t25 and the vac hoses were longer then.
