Help identifying part name...where to get part

Ok so ive been fixing random things in my car since i got it and just got a nice paycheck so i think i want to replace my cracked front bumper....but looking at it i think i need more parts than just the bumper. The part i need help identifying is what the bumper mounts to in from of the wheels. Its like the wheel well i guess?its all cracked also on both sides. I can try and get a pic of it if it would help...but its the black part that goes above the wheels.
