help identifying exhaust manifold flange

At first glance I thought it was for an evo turbo too, but I measured a flange I have laying around and it doesn't match with the measurements in the picture.
So now we know it's not an evo turbo... one down about a hundred more to more to rule out.

When these were being liquidated on ebay, they had them listed as a gt42 flange. I know what a gt42 turbo is, but I have no idea what a gt42 flange is and could find NO information on the net when searching.

The photo just suffers from wide angle distortion--the bolt holes are not staggered. If you look at the Exif information of the photo, it shows that it was shot at 18mm from a D70. With that in mind, the flange does look poorly cut/designed....

If I had to venture a guess I would say it is a divided T4 flange, although it doesn't look like the runners are actually divided inside.

Avoid this like the plague!

Here's some pics I just took of the flange...Does this help anyone?

That is an oddball flange that mates to no turbo i have ever seen. But you could cut it off and weld on a t-4 divided flange.

Looks like a SVO in twin scroll form.

It almost looks like an FC turbo II rx-7 twin scroll turbo flange but on instead of a t3, it looks like a t4.
