Help identifing relays

Im having problems with my car. It broke at the track and had to get trailered home. I cant find the problem. Ive been threw everything. I talked to someone that said it sounds like the relay behind the radio. Theres 2 of them. 1 is the ingnition switch i believe and then theres one to the right of it. What is it and what does it do?

You have to describe the problem in detail if you want help. Does the car start? If not, how did it die? How did the car act before it died? etc etc
