Alright I need some help guys. A few months ago my car developed a very bad vibration in the front right of the car, I replaced the tires and it ended up being that one of the old ones had worn through the steel belt and it had snapped and was bunched up in a ball causing a very bad vibration. So that was fixed then I noticed every time I brake I feel that vibration, guessing it had warped my rotors from having that tire on there for a while? So I buy new rotors problems solved, well sort of. There was still a very small amount of vibrations and now it is back to how bad it was before, if I brake hard at highway speeds my tire literally bounces up and down off the pavement. My only guess is that maybe it had spread to the rear drums? Maybe this then spread back to the new rotors? This is the only thing I can think of and now today there was some snow on the ground, highways were clear and I am driving down the highway and the rear end of my car starts sliding all over the place. It would go away then start doing it again, I dont know if this is my back brakes catching due to out of round drums or something from the original problem or what but it was pretty bad. Sorry for the long story only way to get all that info in here. Let me know what you guys think, I am thinking of getting new drums and shoes and trying to get my rotors replaced and new front pads in the hopes that it will solve all of these problems.
Thanks!
