Help deciding on which turbo setup to go with

I need some help on deciding which turbo setup I wanna go with.. Here is my current build list that I have planned:

MAP stage 2 shortblock:
Wiseco HD 9.5 or 9.7:1
Not sure on the connecting rods yet
BSE
GSC S2 Cams
GSC beehive valve springs w/ Titanium retainer
Mishimoto radiator
ETS Race intercooler core, 10.5" Thickness:3.5"( Which I think would work)
-8an fuel lines( If needed)
Walbro 400
The new 1600cc FIC(or 2150s)
DSMLink w/SD
JM Fab Race Intake Mani
Still trying to decide on which TB to use
FP Mani
Tial BOV
E85
Thermal R&D Exhaust

Aiming for around 570-600whp on a dynojet

Been looking at the new FP Red 76HTA, PTE5858DBB and the PTE6262DBB Using the mitsu housing. Don't want to go tubular(heard bad things) if I don't have too, But wanna make the best out of this setup.

can do it with a lot less expensive turbo than those saving money for unforseen expenses that pop up (unless budghet isn't a concern) I'm hinting at a hoslet of course, being one of the last to fall into their hype and jump on the bandwagon out of pure stubborn'ness i can say i highly regret being stuck in my ways sometimes. I've got a smaller home built hx40 hybrid of sorts with hx35 turbine in a t3 housing i machined and hit 522 at just 31-32psi and broke the trans at 6700RPM on the pull (why my dyno numbers are low on the left because that's the highest backed up pulls wioth no breakage)

Anyway,let me make a recomendation on those slugs with a power goal like that.. I would stay under 9:1, i've been tuning for ages and the tune gets picky and starts changing it's general methodology around 500hp (even though i'm betting it's an E85 engine with those choices above anyway) I'm running 9:1's and aside fropm the alcohol based fuel diffferences there was a bit of a stumbling on the learning curve for reliably being where i am in power compared to higher powered lower copmpression cars i've tuned.. (i actaully ignored this same advice from an OLD buscher website recomendation and now i see where they based their advice from too LOL )

you can use a -6AN line for up to 600hp on e85 i've read (see people often make more on very similar sized lines and the same fuel too) ( i run -6 feed and the stock feed as teh new return after the -6 SS that breaks from the rail to the AFPR for that flashy SS look it goes to compression coupled OEM mitsu hardline )

if it's a street car you MIGHT want to avoid 1600's. I have the bosch ones everyone hates and finally tuned around the hiccup they are known for and i idle perfectly, but the swinging from closed loop makes getting good milage on the street a total crap-shoot as just a 1% IDC change to adjust afr can go WAY rich then the self compensation goes nuts sometimes unless you're down to spend time configuring that as well.. fThen i'd say get some 1250's - 1450's (i want the latter choice myselF)

pick the TB you think looks best with your manifold, that power level is also easily attainable on a stock 1g or 1gNT body

also if it's a street car, i'd stick with OEM fans and radiator (radiar simply to fit the fans) that is if you want to retain cool temps in the hot summer and use A/C (some basic ground rules of my build) I've been to alumiunm radiators and slim fans and now back to OEM radiator and stock fans in ordcer to solve my heating problems.

There's so many things people commonly "think" are needed for a certain HP level because that's what they've read and took as gospel or was info passed on by older pople they are close to that base everything they are talking about off the cars that they built in their day, while not thinking about how technology has made many many of the old "rules" now needing an * next to them to denote a period level of cars it applies too LOL

I wouldn't go tubular either, I've built several for customers and yet i still run an old t-netics cast t3 manifold simply because it's an "install and forget" type part, I never have to check it for cracks or worry that the flanges were warped and need surfacing when trying to troubleshoot a spool issue (which those are non existant on the holset that spools like an 18g and putts out mucho power )

well, hopefully that helps you some, The stuff i said you don't need is just in case you thought you had to spend the loot on them and were hoping to save some oney (and also to help you avoid making a "help i'm overheating with the best fans and a\AL radiator" thread :D
