By icv he means Idle speed control valve, which you replace already. What condition is the o-ring in that sits under the adjustment screw?

Try backing the throttle cable off, I had similar issues and the cable never ever felt tight, I backed it off a little anyways and got my 2500 rpm idle down to 600

idle misfire perhaps? does it come down to normal after a while?

no it keeps doing that all the time.....

Tried that.... :(

Did you use a datalogger while you "messed around with the TPS"? My car was idling between 2 and 3000. The TPS was reading 10+% via OBDII interface, we used the interface to adjust the TPS back to 0% at full closed, idle seems to be fixed now.

Hook up DSMlink getting running. click ECU->captured vlaues make sure the ECU is capturing the TPS signal. I believe its under TPSvolts or something like that. This is usually already slelcted. Next go to Display->values make sure the TPS and rpm options are selected. Turn key to acc. position start logging then go manually move the throttle plate from full open to full closed. Then go back to your computer and see what the ecu is seeing for throttle position. If its off use the adjustment screw to set it properly. This is really easy to do if you have a buddy to help you.

Another thing you might want to check is the BISS screw could be improperly adjusted and ive heard of them falling out.

I am currently in the same boat as you. Cannot figure out how to get this idle down. On a cool start up idles at 1500 then creeps to 1000. After a 10 min drive in idling at 3000.
