help car shut off while driving abd woukdnt turn back on

I was driving yesterday and i floored first gear and I felt it cut out at 5 ish so i shifted to second but the same thing happen went to third the car shit off. I POP started it while rolling and it it sounded like I had no motor mounts it sounded rough. I let it sit tried jumping it and it doesnt want to start. Does anyone have any idea why

Mpi fuse? Fuse is on the possitive termanal

Have you checked the basic's? I would check to make sure your timing belt is still together then make sure your electrical system is charging properly.

On my other car, 1990 Talon Tsi this happened to me. After about a week of looking and looking I brought it in to a shop. In about 30 minutes they had the news. A wire came disconnected from the starter. Not sure why it killed the car, but it did. So answer a few questions. Are you getting spark? Does the engine turn at all? Any noises like clicking or one knock? Do you have power to everything like your headlights? Are they dimmer than usual? Just look at a few of those things and get back to us. Thanks

Like 93Lzr's car, my wire on the starter had popped off and did the exact same thing.

Start with the easy stuff, cars need two things fuel and spark. Check fuses, the starter, grounds. My buddies GSX had the same issue, it was a loose ground that kept blowing fuses.
