they are bpr7es plugs gapped at .28... And yes it doesnt do it as bad if i lower the boost to around 20 but it still breaks up... The worst is when its trying to build boost it feels like someone is putting the breaks on, then it finally builds some and starts breaking up.

AFR, MAF Raw,Boost est are all being logged did you look?

cmon guys

Link guys help me out

No he didn't look, he is viewing his default displayed items. Isnt that obvious?

Did you slim down your plug gap or just decide to post again having made no changes? If you didnt, do this before proceeding.

If your AFR is accurate, thats very lean and you should add fuel that you have subtracted out for whatever reason; your DA fuel table is stock and you leaned the life out of your fuel sliders - do you have a wideband that isnt logged or are you trying to make it lean purposefully? Regardless, that tune needs tossed and done a bit proper.

Buy/Log a MAP sensor, wideband - this will make calibration much easier and more accurate.

Cliff Notes:
1- plug gaps
2- AFR - tune to 11.3 or whatever, just not 12.3 (make changes in your DA MaxFuelOct then use your MAS slider from there - however, the fuel slider is a quick fix for a MAS that isnt calibrated)
3- Wideband, MAP sensor
4- Calibrate your MAS (or just tune with your ARF discrepancies, but this is more tedious as well as not a 'purist' method).
5- Please do a few of these before asking for more help, so it appears you're making an effort so we can help troubleshoot for you.

try gaping the plugs at 25 that is what i had to do to run higher boost

i had to gap my plugs at 25 but if you say at 20 it was breaking up then you might have other problems.

Plugs are now gapped at .25, car breaks up on top end less, but i have this wierd misfire from 2k-3k and from 4k-5k were its so bad the turbo wont even spool and it feels like someone is putting the breaks on, when the rpms are out of those ranges, its spooling and pulling normal.

it had c16 in it on that log thats why i was running 12.2 Afr as for a MAP censor i do need one..

Thoughts:
-Try gapping them smaller yet, check your ignition timing, base FP -> post a log. Lots of people need to reduce their stock gap when running more than stock boost, because they are blowing out their spark.
-Leave them at .028 and buy a CDI

Ignition timing is fixed on the 98-99, my cruise log is to big so I have to go make another.
