HELP!!! 47 trim exhaust question PLEASE HELP

i have a friend and he says he has a 20g-47trim hybrid he wants to sell me for 250$
i think the exhaust side is the 47 trim part, will a 3" downpipe and electronic cut-out do for this setup or do i need 3.5"?

Either someone is making things way too complicated by calling a MHI housing a "47 trim" or you have some weird turbo, but I don't know where you got the idea that it would require 3.5 inch exhaust.

MHI is what the 47trim exhaust side would be called?

you see i thought it was a 47trim intake at first with a 20g exhaust side but he is telling me the other way around

20g exhaust side is usually called tdo6 instead. But, nobody really replaces a 20g's exhaust side only. I'm guessing the compressor is a 47 trim, whatever the hell that is. Don't buy it if you don't know what it is.

see the guy im buying it from has it on his 1g fwd.... he could smoke the tires off in every single gear.... i have awd... im thinking this would be cool.
