I was wanting to know the helicoil size of threads for the valve cover bolts and the exhaust manifold bolts. I have a few to replace. Thanks for the help.

Take the original bolts to a NAPA and find out what thread they are. The buy the heli-coil kit for that thread.

I believe the valve cover is m8x1.25
And I believe the exhaust studs are m10x1.25

If you need to replace the middle stud on the bottom row make sure you use some good silicone. That stud goes into a oil galley.

the VC bolts are 6mmX1.00 and the outer end of the exh studs could be 10mm and the rest are 8mm X 1.25

the heil coil kits are about $40 each
