so im sure that im just gonna be told im a bad driver but iv never had a car to actually do this granted the only cars ive had were an 05 magnum 95 miata and a 74 fiat so let me know if i just need to hand in my license for this question.
Before i get into the issue i need to point out the car has a code p1390 (i belive the one where crank is off atooth) and is a salvage build from a rear end wreck. also is a n/t. car seems to have a makeshift cold air and "headers" along with a fart can( now thrush muffler)

Under a regular slow to go driving(daily) the car is fine but unless i put a lil more pedal to the medal. the car then goes but it vibrates. so i immediatly thought cv joints and axles and/or trans mount..... nope checked and replace the mounts but not cv just because it is a daily. i did get the code pcm relearn done literally yesterday by mitsu dealer for 70 they decided to adv me cams are off but cannot present me with actual tests of the pcm relearn. so im pretty sure i just paid them 70 for them to stare at it and say yup thats an engine....car has a kspeed or something ebay brand looking coilover suspension along with billet rims off a 04 mustang cobra..... car has been inspected by about to be 2 exspress oil changes chrysler and mitsu im at a loss please let me know if im just stupid or if i have a whole mess of a car. EDIT **** also loss of power at 53-5500 rpm (fuel cutoff even though redline is 7?)

I do not know enough about the 420 cars but it sounds like a fuel/spark/ or timing issue. check your fuel pressure/filter. check the plugs and wires. and check your timing belt alignment.
spark plugs and coil attempted i will update pics of the crank and cam alignment for approval im not crazy. and any way to check pressure cuz im thinking a new walboro 255 lph should or would help got a 2 in 1 header to be put on this weekend and im taking all restriction out of the exhaust by taking the makeshift thrush muffler off and just straight pipe it
