Heater and sunroof problem

[JFZERO ECLIPSE]

Just within the last 2 monthes I finally got my eclipse back on the road...First time starting it up I turned everything on to make sure things worked....Everything in the car worked but the heater controls...(I get absolutely no air...)

Well I took it to a local electrical shop and dropped it off....they called me about an hour later and said nothing was wrong with the car....No problems with the heater kicking on at all....

Picked it up and on the way home turned the heat on...it works ok, kept checking all my other electrical things....my sunroof wont work now...

I've been putting fixing the sunroof off for a little but but seeing as how 3 days ago took the car for a drive....no heat either....I'm a bit stumped....I know the water pump is working well, I know the car gets up to temp well...(I havent checked the heater core hoses yet...) Brand new thermostat, coolant topped off with the overflow like 1/2 full....and no air pockets in the system....I know the system will eventually purge itself of air bubbles evewntually anyways...I have 138 miles on the rebuilt motor which runs like a champ....no coolant leaks...etc..

I'm not really a great electrical person but I do know some... so any help would be helpfull...I do have a multimeter laying around and all my fuses test good as well...

Also any ideas on the sunroof not working again all fuses test good...
