Heat up with boost

Hey guys, thanks for reading my post; I really need some help. I cannot keep my car cool. It doesn't overheat but it certainly gets up there. My laptop interface says about 235 deg when it really starts to get hot. I have a Fluidyne aluminum radiator and FAL fans and, as we can see, they have really helped me.

Here's where it get crazy. It only gets above normal operating temperature if I allow ANY boost to build. If I really baby the car home from work it usually does OK. What is even more crazy, is that it doesn't even have to be hot outside. The car does this at night too. Obviously not as easily but certainly does it. It is frustrating to have put so much time and money into a car and not even be able to get on it...EVER!

I'm open to any suggestions or advises that you can offer.

I have the exact same problem. I've been driving around in the 90 degree weather with my heater blasting so I can get on it a bit, but sometimes I feel like I'm getting heat stroke. I heard it is probably due to a warped head (cylinder head, I'm not THAT crazy), but I'm not totally sure. Anybody??

When was the last time you changed out your thermostat? Possibly need to get a thermostat that opens earlier than the one you have now. Your not losing antifreeze are you?

Hey guys. I thought about it and I was still running my stock cat that is almost 10 years old. I also was running really rich for about 3 months until my fpr came from Machv. My cat must have been so crapped up that it was causing extreme amounts of back pressure. I bought a cat eliminating downpipe and installed it yesterday. I've been driving around all night and day with out any problems. I am also really pleased will the performance gains. AC works great now and I'm able to romp on it everwhere I go.
