headlights on with the switch being off?

As the tittle states. My headlights were on with the switch being off. It killed my battery. Any ideas? My turn signals went out 2 days ago , along with the hazard lights.Fuses for turnsignals and hazards just kept popping.
Any ideas guys?

Sounds like a short inside the multifunction switch. I would replace the whole assembly. My left blinker stuck on about 3 months ago no matter where the indicator was. Replaced and fixed.

Thats what i thought.
Can i get a used one or should i go with a new one?
