Headlights in 30 min

So I got bored today and decided to try and get rid of the dullness on my headlights.
1 sheet of 1500 grit
1 bottle of soapy water
3M buffing compound
and 30 min

What do you guys think

Wow....both for the fact that it looks great and wow for the fact as to how bad they looked before. I hate how beat up our headlights get

Looks nice..Need to do this with my headlights cause they are fogged and also peeling/stripping.

I used a kit made by permatex. Comes with 3 differant grits of sand paper and some polish and a cloth. My passenger side was flaking and I fixed it up good. Not perfectly clear, but pretty damn good!

I also used that permatex kit. It worked nicely but only lasted about a week for me before the fading/yellowing came back.

Mothers ALUMINUM & MAG POLISH for wheels takes the cake. Ive used it and never had any issues. I usually hit it with a low speed buffer when im waxing the car but it definately lasts longer than a few days. It also makes a difference if you keep the car washed and I would assumed weather/climate in the area you live in makes a huge diff on the life of the lights
