did you use the fusion stuff to paint the little plastic panels too? what type of prepwork did you do on them?

duplicolor has always worked good, when doing friends headlights in other cars at least

That's real clean I like that look. What did you seal them back up with?

I just tossed mine back in the oven. I didnt remove any of the original sealer so it was all still there.

Any ideas how I would I find durango copper for my head lights?

Looks pretty good on the red cars.

Also, is there any type of glue or extra adhesive we can add to make sure the lights seal compleyely, I don't want any more water getting in them.

after you re-seal them, its always a good idea to go over them with some silicon

definitely re-seal, i got a leak on one of my headlight's and allows moisture to get in. planning to rebake the assembly and reglue it soon.

wow they look awesome.... i perfer just chrome or the normal halo projectors...but that looks really sexy!! :thumb:

Can you use regular PPG autobody paint? I was considering taking my projectors apart and spraying the insides with the lexus graphite i used on my jambs and stuff, so they match my tail lights and hood. Is there any prep work needed to keep it from running?
