Hey guys right now im having an isssue where if i turn my headlights on both the headlight and taillight relays in the fuse box under the hoop "pop". I was thinking its one of the headlight grounds but would that cause both to pop? any other ideas? thanks

yes that sounds like you have a ground somewhere and also make sure you have the right amp fuse in the box
