headlight dash problems

hey guys i have a problem about a week ago i got back to my car at night and my headlights or dash lights wont turn on....I used a dvom checked the fuse and i have power to the fuse box and all that everything is fine....then a few days later i start pushin and pullin on my switch for about 10 min and then i give up and try it one last time and they worked for 2 and 1/2 days now they wont work anymore i have halos and i tried putting stock lights back in that didnt work either....what could be wrong???? could it be my switch??? what???

Could be a bad ground. This was going on with a Mustang that I had and it was tempermental. I imagine this is a problem that could be universal.

Have you checked if power is reaching the bulbs themselves? I know you said it worked then stopped, but still. Check the wiring to your switch to make sure it is not faulty or sliced somewhere.
