headlight and interior light fuses keep blowing

having an issue with my fuses instantly blowing when i put them in. wasnt doing this the other day when I was messing around with my car. since the interior lights and the obd2 port use the same fuse, i know it had to be good since I was connecting to dsmlink the other day. I go out to work on it today and nothing...so I check the fuses to see a blown fuse, replace it, and snap, instantly. I also noticed that my headlight fuse was blown and tried replacing it with the same result. I was just wondering if anyone else had this issue, and since both fuses keep blowing if it may be related? any help is appreciated. thanks!
