I just replaced my headgasket yesterday and I've drove maybe 50miles total. I turned my boost was suppose to be at 24psi but it wasn't i did a 5th gear pull and it hit 30 and as soon as i got off the gas the car ran on 3 cylinders.

The first time i blew the hg there was coolant all over the spark plug in cylinder #3

This time its oil all over the plug in cylinder #2 I don't know if oil could get on the plug from a headgasket failure.

One thing is I didn't get the head checked out before I put the headgasket on. I'm hoping its just the headgasket and not anything else.

This may help: Do you have a blown head gasket?

If you blew a head gasket, something caused it. So at the very least, you should always check the head and deck for warpage before replacing it.

What type of HG is it? If it is MLS, the deck and head need to be machined to a very low RA (roughness average) value. A composite gasket is a bit more forgiving, but the surfaces still need to be flat and relatively smooth.
