Resolved Head part name &/or number?

Does anyone know the official name (or part number, if you have it) for the part referenced in this pic? I need a new one from Mitsu, but the local dealer isn't too good at identifying parts without the "official" Mitsu part name (as it appears in their system) and/or #.
Searched high and low, but came up short...

Yep, I'd say valve spring seat also.
