I recently put my entire motor together. Block has been decked along with the head. The head has bent valves and I didnt know this of course. so my question is after i take it all apart to change the valves, can I reused the head gasket? I never put any fluids in the engine, I discovered the bent valves after I set the timing. oh yea and its a 3 layer mitsu with arp head studs

You can reuse it since its a metal one. I wouldn't reuse it anymore than twice though.

For cosmetic gaskets, they get crushed when you torque the head down and damaged when you untighten the head, which is why you cannot reuse those.
