I was just in an accident last week and my airbags blew. I thought about putting an aftermarket steering wheel on, after reading, I saw that it might be a good idea to have a harness instead of the standard seat belt if there is no airbag.

I have seen guys mod their stock seats on a 1g but havent come across anyone that has done it on a 2g. Does anyone have any pics and/or a place where you can buy the grommets and other accessories you would need to to this task?

Thanks.

for the 2g seats you can just lift the headrest and route the harnes through there.. I think 3 Point would work best in that situation.

ok, I have never hooked up a 3 point harness, im guessing the strap that comes across your body bolts in where the seat bolts into the floor? where do you bolt the strap in that comes over your shoulders.

-Thanks

still not to clear on where I would mount the one that comes over the seat, from the diagram looks like it runs near into the trunk?... or the "C" pillar wherever that is
