hacked ecu harness

i removed my safc that the previous owner installed on my car. besides from just the wires to hook up the safc a few other wires are hacked on it like he had to wire something else up on it. does any one know if you can get a new harness for just the inside of the car or does the whole thing have to be replaced? im trying to get the car the way she needs to be. i bought it as a project and im trying to get everything in perfect condition. i removed the safc to get ready for ecm link v3 with income tax returns and help would be grateful

The car runs great after it warms up besides it idles at about 2k im going to be looking into fixing that here soon. It doesn't idle good at all when its cold it wants to idle at 900 rpm and stumbling. but when it warms up the idle goes up to 2 k and stays there i has a brand new isc sensor.

if you all don't think i should worry about the harness i wont. im just looking to get her in the best shape possible all the way around any help would be appreciated.

You can't just replace half of the wiring hardness, the whole thing would need to be a replaced. IMO just reconnect the wires if any are cut, with solder or wire quick disconnects. A whole new hardness is going to cost a lot, and I think you will be over your hand trying to replace it.

its not that there cut there are 2 different wires the have been spliced on has 2 wires going in to it the other one has 3 going into it not sure where they go havent traced it out that far back yet but there is no other electronic stuff in my car that would need to be wired in to the ecu

Why don't you just cut out the hacked up part and solder in new wire?
