H.R.C Waste Gate

Hey I was reading this article http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/turbo-system-tech/258878-holding-boost-t28-fp-17-psi-wastegate-vs-hrc-wastegate.html I was wondering were I could find this hrc wastegate for my t28. I searched a bunch couldn't find anything. Is it Hahn Race Craft that makes this waste gate I checked there web site couldn't find anything.
