I'm pretty sure that they do.....I remember reading that the '03s can run as high as 13.9 stock. No FWD car at only 230hp can do that without some sort of LSD

yeah, it gets worse when your fwd car is making 337hp

The SRT-4 has better weight distribution for drag launches. A DSM has 60/40% front/ rear weight distribution, and the SRT-4 has 65/35%. That means there is an extra 150 pounds of weight on the front tires.

'04 models got a Quaife-style LSD. '03 didn't.
Equal length halfshafts don't really help much.

fwd just loves to break free. my dad has a 2000 impala and my mom spins the tires in it whenever she drives it because she is used to her jeep. hell, i bake the tires in it now and then. my friend just put a b16g into his gst and he doesnt gain traction until 3rd gear if he is getting on it.... now that i think about that.... it makes me want to race him....
