ok i just bought a garret gt3076r with t3 inlet and a v-band outlet. my questions are first has any one run this turbo.. how much should the vband outlet help me i heard it makes the turbo compare to the gt3082r in topend with better spool.. who makes a 3inch v band o2 housing ? or an i going to have to bust a welder out and make one :notgood:

Sounds like you probably heard wrong, a vband will make your 3076 perform like a 3076 ;) Its just a turbine housing outlet connection & won't have an effect on performance vs the equilvalent 4 bolt T3 housing. The only way you'll see gains in performance, is if your comparing it to say a bolt on Mitsu style housing, which obviously isn't an equal comparison.
