I'm slowly making progress on my 92' GSX project car. It's a daily driver for now, but eventually I want to make about 700 horse or so. I was thinking of doing the fuel system next. AEM rail, pressure regualtor, and high flow fuel filter, 6AN line, big injectors, and a Walbro 255. Eventually I'm going to be running a 2.3L stroker kit and a GT-35R, but for now all I have for power mods are a 16G and a 3 1/2" turbo-back exhaust. My question is this - Will this stuff provide too much fuel for my current set up or will the pressure regulator be able to control the flow to meet my needs. Also, I heard RC injectors are the best, but I have no idea what size to get. Any advice?

You can find fuel injector calculators online, as well as other people making 700hp you can find out what injectors they are running.

Too much fuel will depend on which tuning system you are using. An eprom, DSMap or DSMlink can easliy handle 1000cc injectors like stock. An AFC can only handle 650. An AEM can handle dual stage injectors, 1000's like stock and at a certain boost level 2000cc or more.

RC Fuel Injection
you can use that to determine how much fuel injector you need, athough that goes a little high. I'd go by what other people in the 700hp range are running.

I'm not sure when the AEM rail is needed, but there is no need for it with a 16g. Wally 255 can not handly 700hp. The 044 pump may be able to, maybe the cosmo pump too, dual wallys can for sure. The pressure regulator will be able to handle whatever you throw at it. I have not heard of any AFPR being overrun, no matter what the brand.
