GS-T doing 10's

I drive a 91 FWD Talon Turbo and I give all respect to AWD's but I'm tired of hearing about them hiting 10's and 9's. Is it possible at all can you make a GS-T into a 10 second car? I would personally love to do this myself to see a GS-T in the top 10 1/4 times on this site. Does any one have opinions and sugestions how to do this?

It just really didnt look like a viper to me, but i suppose i'll have to take your word for it.

This video is pretty famous. It's an older style RT-10, as evidence by the horizontal mounting of the gauges.

You can see its reflection in the civic as well, @ least the rear end.
