Did some searching, but I'm still confused...is it better to get a full GS-T catback or do us 2GNT's only need the muffler? Also, the downpipes & mid section for GS-T is 2.25" correct? Finally, the GS-T will keep the low-end torque while increasing top-end right (anyone have an idea how much compared to say a Magnaflow muffler)?

You wanna get a cat-back exhaust but not from a gs-t there heavier than others so get on from some namebrand or something and if your not worried about about performance then just get a muffler :talon:

I'm trying to get the most bang for the buck on my 2GNT, but I'd be willing to pay (some) more if it gives more gains :thumb:

Denji, any idea how much gains hp-wise from it?

You won't get as much as you think but a noticable amount with the gs-t cat back but for more money you can get a 2.5 cat back that wieghs less and once you start getting up there in speed then weight will become a factor. :talon:

This car will be a daily driver, so sound/loudness would be an issue. I was thinking of going with either the GS-T catback (is it 2.25"?) or the Magnaflow (eh...which is also 2.25"?)...which do you guys suggest? Otherwise, which catback system would you recommend and how much $ would it take?

Thanks! :thumb:

If sound is gonna be an issue, definatly go with the gs-t muffler. It's basicly the best bang 4 buck.I heard the cars ounds real nice with that mod.Magnaflow street series sounds a little raspy at times.Great mufflers but the race series is the way to go(if you don't mind the noise).just my .02
