Greddy TT install question

I'm installing my new greddy TT, but i have a few questions.

1) which wire on the ECU is the speed sensor wire?

2) If i do the install like in the manual (with harness) will the TT work, or will it set off the factory alarm? I really don't care if the factory alarm will work or not, im getting a new one soon anyway; I just don't want my alarm going off when i time the car.

3) when i look at the harness there are a few wires with rubber sleeves dangling off randomly: a green wire, a red wire and a white wire. DO i use these for anything, or should I just leave them alone?

ANyone? i need to have this thing wired up tonight. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Ok, the timer will idle the car if its in acc mode, but as soon as i turn it off and remove the key, it shuts off. Why is this?

-I read some where (dsm.org) that the 2g require the use of a relay in order for the TT to work, the only wire I hook up beside the harness is the hand brake.

Do you have any more info on the relay? All i have wired is the harness and handbrake. It shuts off if you release the handbrake, but still shuts off if i remove the key. I tried a different ground and it still did the same thing.
