Greddy TT Install HELP ASAP

i just installed my greddyTT and it powers on and everything works just fine but when i turn the car off the TT doesnt coutdown it just shuts the car off. If anyone can tell me asap what to do i need to figure it out soon. i got to head out tonight soon.

p.s. instructions mention something about line switch mode if it doesnt work but i cant find where to switch it over from what it says 1G and ACC no idea how to switch it.

i have the plug and play harness so it should hook right up and work. IT DOES WORK. i just cant get the TT to work on the coutdown

Hmmm maybe a ground wire isint grounding? I have never installed a tt so maybe you need to set it up somehow?
