well my aniversary is coming up wiith my g-friend and i think she is getting me a greddy emange :thumb: hopefully, but i want to know how peoiple like it and how well its worked with it. also i have a labtop so can i just load the software and bring it in my car and street tune my air/fuel. I have 200whp at 7psi untuned what do you think i can get at 8psi tuned like 230whpish

Thats alot to ask from 1psi. Maybe if you turn up the spark and lean her out a bit you may be able to get up there but youll have to watch you egt's. My friends lightning is tuned for the 1/4 mile and its tuned to get every little but of hp out of it only problem, if he runs wot for more then 15 sec he will cook some pistons... Its alright thou because he is at wot for only 12.

its hard to get that much more from 1 psi, truthfully your lucky if you see even 5whp gain.
However your torque curves could use some serious adjustment, after playing with mine a lil, I went from 165lbs-ft @5psi, to 222lbs-ft @7.5psi.

As for the E-mange, I couldn't tell you much, but I'm considering going that route now too.

wow your tourque went up that much i would love that because obvioulsy that would make it pick up a lot quicker thats one thing about my car i hate like driving around town keeping at low rpms its feels like the motor is struggling but once it clears like 3grand its solid but that 7psi was untuned you guys dont think tunning adds that much i have heard wonder stories about tunning

Yeah If I ever get around to scanning in my dyno sheet, it will show that my torque really didn't start to pull high untill about 2500rpm's, and then it peaked at 4800-5000rpms.

Invest in a ported intake manfold or like I did.

I bought a Moderperforance 60mm Throttle Body, and portmatched the intake manifold.

also invest in either a test pipe, or highflow cat. That severly hurt my tuning, because the car would get heat soaked faster so I couldn't do anymore.
www.prostreetonline.com sells em at a pretty good price.

But if you really want to see some power gains, invest in a bottom end rebuild, with some light head work.

An emanage is being installed in my car right now and by the end of the week I should have the car dyno tuned I will let you know how it works.

HEy so whats the verdict, I"m considering swapping to an e-mange, and I wanted to know what other sensors I should pick up, I was thinking (pressure sensor, injector stuff, and ingnition stuff)
