Got a quick question

hey Gyger just so you know.. I meant no offense to your car or cougars in general.. I just base this statement
LarryD I was gyger on the Celica form as well. You were cool to me when I was there and you are nice to me here. No disrespect was taken. I understand the point you were going for.

Boostin: you seem cool don't get upset man. Were all car enthusiasts. The only reason I said
" you know nothing about Cougars do you?

P.S. don't be that guy man......don't be that guy."

Is because there is always that one person in every forum/club that thinks any car that isn't as fast as his can never be faster than his. Don't underestimate cars. You never know when a car has Nitrous or a turbo or SC. All I'm saying is when I launch at the track my car just spins through first. If I had an LSD I would easily be dipping into the 14's.

I would rather deal with a car that shows some good results without dishing lots and lots of money.
I have dumped 1,400-1,500 into my motor. Not because I think I'm gonna run 12's because I know there is no other Cougar in the state of Ohio that looks runs and sounds like mine. I understand it takes less mods and money for a GS-T to run faster than me. But I could also say that about the WRX Considering I put a MBC, AEM Shorty and a GFB BOV on my friends and he can dust me any day. But then again his car was 26,000 and mine was 19,000 so who saved money. I have a unique car that is mildely quick. If I'm not mistaken GSX's and GS-T's were more than 19,000 when them came out of the showroom.

my highest mph in the 1/4 was a 92 or a 93 but to be safe I'd say 92. I get going pretty quickly but it's the launches that kill me. I'm just not as good of a driver as I used to be. I used to got to Norwalk every Wen. back in the day. No I work to much to get out to the track twice a year.

As close to stock that I ran was with a Weapon-R intake, Venom 400 and a ASP Underdrive Pulley. And I ran a 15.8 in 91 degree weather. I'm not sure what the trap speed was though. I'm hopefully going this weekend so I can get some new times.

I can't remember what the trap speed was. but I would have to say
85-87 maybe?!?!?! But I'm taking it to big shot dyno once I get
my Greddy E manage kit and my laptop working again. Then I'll be
into the 14's. Anyway if I get it dyno'd before the Greddy kit shows I'll post.

Sorry this post got so way off topic. ummmm wait my girl might run her 98 GS Friday night at the track but it's automatic. looks nice though
that's on topic
