Thinking of upgrading my 4g63t's enternals. What would be a good start?

Using a safc2 to tune the car.( came eith car when i bought it), only asking about internals. Is because of mileage on the car and idk how hard the person before ran it. But if the motor can handle it, then ill start with some of the stuff you guys are suggesting
