on my first 1g I had it wire tied to one of the fan "spokes" on my current one i have a fmic and slim fans so it just hangs by the hoses.

That's not quite recommended. You can still do it, by all means, but the extra length of vaccuum line will result in decreased response from the boost controller. Besides, you won't be changing your boost that much anyway. For example, I've had my boost controller for two years and have only changed my boost setting once. Right now, it's attached with a bread tie to my BOV recirc tube. I had to move it from my fan when I put in the slim-line fan and didn't have a zip tie handy. :)

The halman pro i have came with a rubber bushing holder, i just bolted it to where the fan bolts to the radiator.

That where i have mine to, but i would like to move it in dash somewhere so i can adj. in side

I would advise against mounting your manual boost controller to your interior because in order to do this, you will have to run your vacuum lines from your engine bay, through the firewall, and into the interior. This means your vacuum lines will probably be too long and you may see a lot of boost spike. I also have mine tie-wrapped to one of the spokes on my fan shroud, which allows for nice, short vacuum lines since the boost controller is now close to the turbo compressor and wastegate actuator. So far, I'm happy with this location for the boost controller.

Sorry guys i didnt realize yall were talking about a mbc, i thought you guys meant like a greddy pro spec or something. KEEP YOUR HOSES SHORT!!!!!

Mine is happy right on my MAF. It's not intrusive while still being easily accessible.
