Very soon i might be looking to get a 6 bolt 4g63t engine

My timing belt snapped recently and looks like the damage might be severe...and my question is does anybody know of any sites that sell the engine

Check ebay, classifieds, and DSMTrader for shortblocks/longblocks, heads for stock ones. If your looking to upgrade and are looking for built ones, check the parts catalog:

If you have the time/tools, repairing a motor that skipped a timing belt often only requires new valves and smoothing out the nicks in the pistons. Do you know how extensive the damage is yet?

Yep...you can pretty much count on new valves for sure, though I've heard of a few lucky cases where the timing belt split and no damage was done. My head rebuild was about $200, but he did porting and polishing for free and I brought in my own Ti valves. I'd bet your bottom end is fine...just rebuild the head and check out the piston tops and you should be in business.
