are u running stock bottom end?i never used the Apexi Fuel Management before but i only use the safc to do some fine adjustment. if ur looking to get something to control ur fuel system get the vortech sfmu and some better injectors.the safc is really not needed unless u want to do some fine adjustment to ur fuel curve.

well im doing everything spending alot of money on the motor hoping to push around min 400hp!! so instead of buying a standalone cuz they soo much damn money ill just do a piggy back system and go with apexi sound good?

if 400 is ur goal its gonna be expensive. i would recomend getting ur bottom end rebuilt and then getting some sort of fuel control.i agree that the stand alone are expensive but thats the price we have to pay for speed.check out hrc website on there new port fueler(8-injector setup)..i think it is about $950.00 and it dynoed at 380hp with there new system.the apexi sfac is really not needed most of the turbo 2gnt guys don't really use it but it is good to have for fine adjustments.i say save up some money and get a standalone or the port fueler because hrc know there shit.

To hit 400 WHP i feel the Minimal mods you need on fuel and block

Fuel system: one of the following setups
-8 Injector
-Sfmu + SAFC + large injectors (660's maybe?..depends on your turbo im going to run 8 injector with 30lbs+ inj so...) (main thing controling those big boys is the vortech SFMU)
-Standalone (cheapest standalone is megasquirt, its nic e to have a higer rev limit :) ...check with MrSlick on 2gnt he builds em)

Engine:
BUILT engine with forged rods + pistons (dont plan to push more than 210 on stock bottom end..it wont hapen for long)

oh i got all my shit from howell automotive, bought everything doing a complete rebuild should be intense :) i was just woundering for now until i can afford a standalone if the safc 2 will do the trick? and for around 400whp would injectors do u recommend i was thinkin like 650cc? thanks guys

like stated in the replys above the safc will not do it on its own(its mainly used to tune the fuel curve) ,it has to be used in conjuction with some sort of regulator like an fmu or sfmu to control fuel.if u can't aford a stand alone u need to go with one of the steps given by BlueMoonEclipse(8-injector,megasquirt,sfmu+safc and large injectors).
