going to the salvage yard. have question

there is a 92 mits 1.8l auto out in their yard. i have a 4g63 6bolt in my garage im peacing together. i want to know if the Inake manifold, Tb, Cam angle sensor, and Oil pan will all be compatable with my 6bolt 4g63.

thanks guys. is there anything else i might want that i havent thought about??

I believe none of those parts will match up. the 1.8 engine is completly different.

errr. well.. there is no cam angle sensor. i just figured that one out. the oil pan wont fly becasue no place for the return. im not sure about the TB or intake manifold though.

Take off the throtle cable coming from the fire wall to the intake if it doesn't have cruise control. It is needed to replace the Cruise control setup on the 2.0. You could send to me .

I have a spare 6-bolt oil pan and intake manifold I'll trade ya straight up if you pull the non-power steering rack off of it and sell it to me

too much work. after a hour in that shit hole of a salavage yard taking off the intake & TB i discovered they wont bolt up. the TB is 50mm, and the intake manifold runners are circular not rectangular like the 4g63. ### way to spend my day..

Too bad I didn't see this sooner, I would have told you nothing off that engine was going to do anything for you at all.
