GM MAFT Install... so whats this left over wire for!?!?!

Ok, so I have it all pluged up, pretty simple. But theres a violetish wire thats not mentioned (if it is I didn't notice) in the instructions thats not being used.

What the heck is it for? Is it for the Aux remote switch?


BTW with the Dejon intake pipe & Dejon UICP + GM MAFT how much more responsive the engine is!!




P.S. when the instructions say to reset the ECU... do it, I found out the hard way why it says that .

what happens if you dont reset the ecu, or ecm, w/e it is.

If you don't reset the ecu it will take alittle longer to compensate for the new changes you've made. If you do reset it it wipes the slate clean so it will learn the new changes quicker.
