Where would be a good place to start on my global and deadtime With 1200cc fic injectors on dsmlink?
Thanks.

I have found that most "1200cc" injectors are actually Lucas 120 lb injectors. But, at the industry standard 43.5 psi (3 BAR) test pressure they only flow an average of 1120cc, in my experience. If you are running them on gas, try a Global Fuel of -60 and a Deadtime of 384uS to 408uS for starters. For E85 you will want a Global Fuel of -40 instead.

you are correct on the industry standard of 43.5, but the question is what fuel pressure are you running on your 90? If you are running the stock fuel pressure of 37, then you would need -62.5 for the global. If you are running 43.5, then it'll be -65.4. And for your deadtime, log your STFT, and start at 384 like he said. If the STFT is showing positive, add deadtime (more deadtime, less fuel) and vice versa. Once your are about +/- 2%, I'd call your deadtime good.

No. If you have a 5-speed car with DSMLink it already assumes 37psi base fuel pressure. Since the stock 450cc injectors are also tested at the industry standard 43.5 psi, you don't need to correct for the 37psi base pressure in the Global Fuel. You just take 450/1120 = .40.
1- .40 = .60, or 60% less fuel in the Global Fuel.
