Hey all, I can't decide on what I want to do.
I have a 95 Talon TSi fwd, which has just a couple of mods (k&n, uicp with greddy bov, 3" o2 back buschur exhaust) I want more power, but I'm not sure if I should do it on this motor.
The motor has 134k miles on it (rolled over yesterday) and from the last compression test I did a month ago, I had low compression in my two middle cylinders. The car is running super rich and I'm getting gas into my oil which is diluting very fast and is giving me ridiculous lifter tick. My idle is usually high (around 900-1000 for the most part) but sometimes drops down to optimal levels (around 750-800) The car runs, drives, and has been very reliable to me but I'd like to build it.
So what do you think I should do guys? Should I get DSMlink and start to fix my rich fuel mixture, or should I rip out the 7bolt and drop a 6bolt in, or should I sell the bi*** and get an Evo?
Thanks guys.
