Gerddy Intercooler Connectors

Hi All. Does anyone know the sizes of the blue connectors that come with the 18R Intercooler kit for 2G cars? They are made of rubber, and mine are cracking and would like to get replacements in Blue Silicone. The thing is, they are metric and most places have inches sizes.

Inlet should be 2" outlet should be 2.5"

Also, if you're interested in upgrading that small core. Shoot me a PM. I have an intercooler that is a direct bolt on replacement for the greddy's that flows more and cools better (it's Spearco). LMK
