so i just got done putting my head back on and its timing belt time but hmm  would you buy the gates timing belt greddy or Power Enterprise let me know what your results are with which ever one or maybe none of the above because you use? let me know

Both the same belts...just different logos on them

thanks i did not know that how about the Power Enterprise they say there 700x stronger then any other belt but maybe thats just what they say maperformance.com has them all in stock but at this point you said the gates and greddy are the same ill order the gates its 20 bucks cheaper if the power enterprise isnt any better

I havent used one on my car. I have a Gates on mine and is great, and yes it saves alittle money over having the GReddy name on your belt LOL

yea i hear of alot of people with the gates belt thats the one im gonna order it comes with the balance shaft belt for free on top of saving 20 bucks thanks alot for the help

I did a lot of research on this last night. Apparently Gates makes the belts sold by Napa or Napa Branded Belts. They run 60 ~ 70$

im gonna have to look in to that thanks for the info do you remember where you seen that at?

so i checked the napa website and gates does make a timing belt for napa but it doesnt look to be the same extreme quality of the usual blue one still looks alot better then alot of other non-oem belts but doesnt seem its top of the line like the blue one

Gates Racing manufactures Power Enterprise timing belts. Power Enterprise make kevlar belts which is 7x more durable not 700x. Both are great belts, but I'd say get the Gates. There are incredibly heat resistant and the 3x stronger belt can take whatever horsepower you throw at them.

I don't who told jjgrizz73 that Gates and Greddy on the same belts, but just because they look identical doesn't mean there are the same.
